If you tell it that you are a new owner, it will. If you tell it to connect as a guest, it will then put the 3 day limit on every file you add. There is a certain program mentioned on this site which can undo that protection, but it must be used in a legal manner. You would need to do the registry modification in order to get access to the files in the way you need. Sorry for being so vague, I don't feel comfortable being any clearer.
