External Hard Drive Not Recognized by Windows

    Hello,

    I just purchased a Maxtor 3200 that is not being recognized by my windows based computer. I tried going into disk managment and it does not list it at all, I went to device manager and its not listed under the USB but under "other devices" with a yellow question mark next to it. Can anybody help?

    Also, Maxtor does not provide any drivers.
