Error code 89030000 unknown file format

    I own willy wonka movie, back-up good with Xcopy 2/11/2003 on two disks, have latest version of Xpress 10/01/2003 and back-up to one disk will not play in PC or home video player, on PC I get Error code 89030000 unknown file format and in home stereo player nothing happens.

    How can I correct this?
    Al three back-up disks are same=memorex dvd-r.

    go to the xcopy forums. I had problems with compatibility with xcopy and express and changed to shrink and recordnow with much better compatibility

    i have same pfob when backing up my dvd movies.unknown file format....i/m using dvd xcopy platinum 3.1.1 can you advise me on why it does this and how to fix problem .am sick of wasting disks.
