Nokia 6070 need help.

Hi,

When i go into text messages and write wat i want and then press send it comes up ''recently used'' and shows all the numbers i've send messages to recently....is there anyway i can delete all the number in recently used???

I have forgot my security code.
It does not accept any SIMM other than my own.
The security level is "phone"
