help starview cuts out and shuts down

Any help I have four starview boxes which have updated vers 3,fourth box on installation cut out.When u turn it on the green dash lights operate for a couple of seconds the 0 displayed for fraction of second and the box turns off.Any fix suggestion or is it us
Any help would be appreciated before I kick it completely to death
