Hi, Windows has crashed spectacularly, won't go into Windows - start bar appears then vanishes quickly and notign can be done. Can't get into the BIOS either to set the boot device to CD drive to install a new copy of Windows nor can I find any drivers to download from the Toshiba website. Please can anyone help?
When you log into your username, do Ctrl+Alt+Delete and then when the task manager opens up go to file>new task>run and type in explorer.exe Does that work?
