NTL went off air for couple of hours - on return unable to view channels. Reset factory settings and tried to 2004 - nothing .. Help !

a bit more information on your problem would be helpful.
Firstly, what country are you in.
Secondly, what type of box are you using i.e Full Replay, Replay Lite, Starview etc
|

you need to update the firmware i am assuming you have as Starview because you said 2004
|

Sorry , should have said - In Ireland , using a Starview box . When select a pay channel get - Info data is being updated.
Did a restore factory settings and re-input correct password - no joy.
Running on version API - 2.58e_E, Boot version 7.0 , 18 Sept 2006.

NTL Ireland

01: cb c9 bb a1 1f 39 ff 86
or update the firmware.i have the latest firmware v4.00 if you want it pm me your email
