Hi, I have a Samsung D600 I can drag and drop files to my memory card play music and view pictures but when I try to play a avi video a message comes up saying unsupported file format, someone said I need to convert the video file to 3GP is this true if so what programme do I need? is there a free one I can use
d600 will play 3 gp not AVI this is a 3gp converter which i am using it is perfect. great quality ( if you choose excellent in the options ), full screen if click on 320by240 and you press 1 on your phone while viewing it , sound quality is good as well and compresses a file upto 70 percent the link is http://cellphones.about.com/library/bl-so-ti-acala-3gp-movies-free.htm?terms=acala+3gp i downloaded it from there for free so do not be afraid of virus or spyware etc.
