Have a new computer and no WinZIP . Anyone know of a free zip program. WinZIP says it is only free for 45 days.

if you use Windows XP you already have a free one built-in, called Zip Folders or similar..

oops sorry. i use
WinRAR and cant ever remember having to register or anything. i thought it was free (atleast at some level) forever. guess i was mistaken. well anyway, if you are using vista then i know for a fact that the latest version of
WinRAR is fully functioning with Vista so that might be something to look at since you are saying it is a new computer. sorry again

yeah, i would say
WinRAR . It will extract just about every kind of file. Just un-check the .iso box or things will get confusing. hehe.
