Replay Lite, red standbye light

Ihave flashed my replay lite box and works fine. I flashed my partners box and all seemed to be working fine until I had to unplug the power tothe replay lite and power up again, the red stanbye light stays on perminant and won't turn on. I have depowered the unit for 10 mins but stil the same, won't turn on. i can't re-do the procedure unyil I can power up the replay lite. My partner says she is not a happy bunny ! Can someone please help and get my into her good books again with the unit workin again.
