Qoob Pro Won't Read DVD-R 4.7 gb

    I just bought my qoob pro and it works fine with mini dvds and originals but when i tried a DVD-R it won't work it says unable to read disc can someone help me.

    Have you tried to clean the laser with a q-tip and some alcohol?

    I have the same problem I can play the store bought games but on regular dvd-r spins when i close the tray,but stops after some time and does not work?
