i bought a radeon 9800xt recently, and when i installed it and installed the catalyst control center and let it reboot when i turned my computer back on all the text on my icons and everywhere looks like it is vibrating..... i dont know what i should do, ive messed with the refresh rate, resolution, and adjusted the monitor's settings.. any help would be greatly appreciated
When I had a ATI card installed I had this problem sometimes. For me it was caused by a faulty driver. I woud uninstall the driver, reseat the videocard. Boot up and reinstall the driver for the videocard.
