lcd keeps turning on and off. help please

    so i dont know what the hell my damn brother was doing but now my desktop pc lcd screen keeps turning on and off on its on will. i have done a system restore and the lcd screens still is whacked out.

    help would be much appreciated.

    moved to correct forum.
    try the monitor on another pc or laptop to see if problem follows which i think it will
