Howya... Ive got a few phone calls from people saying that the sound is gone on certain channels on the boxes... any explanations or resolutions to this problem....

get the frquence of the channels (press info on the,the frquence is at the bottom left).write it down,go to channel edit and delete the channels with no sound.now go to installation,manual scan the frequnce.once the maunall scan is done go to your channels. the channels will be at the bottom of your channel list.
