i have the winfast tv tuner, with a coaxial, s-video, video rca and audio in. i can record tv, sat, dvd, laser disc and vhs no problem in the vcd format. i want to start recording it all in in dvd ntsc resolution (for when i buy the dvd burner) but when i change the setting to redord in dvd resolution, i get no picture but i do have audio. how can i fix it so i can record, see and hear in the dvd ntsc resolution? also is there a codec that i am missing?

also one other non related question. what plugin do i need to convert mov (qt) files to vcd format? i have tmpgenc to convert other files to vcd but i wanna do some of my quick times also

You need the QT Mov Plugin for Tmpgenc, if you go to "DVDrHelp.com and to the tools section you will find a Link to it there...
