Ok so i bought a 22 inch Element LCD TV, here is the product page http://www.elementelectronics.com/pages/products/flx_2210.asp The thing is I also have an lcd monitor for my desktop, now it seems like the lcd monitor started flickering after i started viewing my new tv. I am sure this didnt use to happen before the tv arrived, is ther some conflict going on in signals?
Try changing the refresh rate to one that your monitor handles. Maybe your display settings changed when you hooked up your tv.
