hi its my first visit on this great site hope you are all well? i hope you can help me ? i have a Starview box running from the main ntl cable to my bedroom and tonight i bought a eurovox max and connected it to a splitter to the tv in the sittingroom but all that is happening is broken picture and sound . can anyone help please ? thanks nastro dublin

probably just a network problem.Mine was like that for a while and it fixed itself. If it's still the same clear all the channel data and do an automatic scan.
