hi everone,
does anyone know how i can get into my menu on my digibox when i connect it via a rs 232 serial cable or rs 232 to usb to my pc,
i have connected it up and can not get anything,
do i need a program or something else,

It is in the Microsoft Word Format.

It gives complete instructions with pictures.

thanks for the quick reply,
problem,when i connect my digibox up to my pc and turn it on i don't get anything on my pc screen,no menu no nothing,

Nothing will happen.

You need to open the GTRom program and use this to transfer your chosen bin file to your St*rview.

OK lets start again.

I assume you have recently bought a St*rview.

Have you tried watching TV with it yet?

If it came ready loaded with software you might not need to upload a new bin file to it at the moment.

hi,no sorry i have a dsr 464 it is a box made in Germany,i am trying to get in to the menu because the remote will not let me into it,
so i wanted to connect it to my pc and get to the menu that way,
sorry for being a pain,
