Roxio and Nero don't play well together. Unisntall Roxio and run the clean tool.

CDRALW2K.SYS is Roxio's diver, so it is gone.
Maybe you ran the Nero clean tool last time?

    edit PC locked up

This is a indication of poor media.
That why I ask if the discs were genuine.

You could try DVD Decrypter or Imgburn to burn a disc.
    Just to see what happens>

I have tried IMGburn a few times and always get an I/O error. This is what I ran for the Roxio Zapper --

    Type of file - Application
    Description - roxizap

I used the link from earlier post someone gave me. Maybe I didn't restart my computer after I ran the Zap. I'll try that and repost. Also got a new program that I am hoping might help, called System Mechanic 7 Pro. It seems to do a lot of clean up on here, so maybe if I have a software conflict it will be fixed. Crossing my fingers :) Thanks again for your help!

Also, I ordered the disks from the Supermediastore online. They seem to be reputable company, I hope.

I notice I have a program called Sonic installed. Could that be conflicting ?

I have bought many discs from Supermediastore. They will do you right.
Did you find out your's were fake or not.
    They may be ok.
Sonic is said to conflict with Nero

Did you try DVD Decrypter or Imgburn to burn a disc.
    They are free.

The disks seem to be real, and i have burned a stack of about 70 of these and now not able to burn using IMGburn and DVDD. Should I uninstall Sonic? I wonder if there is any way to burn the program to disc in case I want it later... ? When i burn with IMGburn and DVDD i get I/O errors. I just tried again and will post part another log in case something may have changed since i used roxio zapper.

    Thanks again!

Your using a lot of memory.
You do not want to run out in the middle of burning.

The rule of thumb for burning is burn at half of the rated speed of the media.

    So slow to 4x.

Try uninstalling Nero and run the Nero clean tool.
    Then try Imgburn.

No you need the setup exe file plus ...

    Here are Nero's clean tools.
