Help with TEAC CDR-W540E

    For some days ago my cd writer makes too many mistakes writing cd's that they are even unreadable some of them especially on exe files, audio, mp3's.
    Tell me something for help.
    I'm using windows xp pro for a long time.
    I recently installed nero 6...

    Have you tried changinh media? Burning slower?

    Thank you for your response.
    I just found what was wrong.
    ASPI driver from new nero 6.
    I installed the old 4.71 something from adaptec and all ok.

    Use it if you have same problem.

    Hmm thats interesting because Nero uses its own ASPI... meh whatever! Glad you got it working! :)
