battlefield 2142 connection error!!!!!!!!!

    i can get on to the main screen ok.
    then i click online> and click on a server
    the map loads up and it shows a pic of a place on the map
    but in the centre of the screen it says "something is wrong with your connection"

    i run on vista
    can anyone tell me what to do?

    this might sound like a bizare thing, but, what else is using you connection? it should only say that if it does not have enough bandwidth.

    yea get rid of the beta os and use xp lol

    2142 might just not work properly in Vista yet. it wouldn't be the only game!
