I just bought a laptop w/ vista and I having trouble opening Nero 7 and bearshare. When I go into windows defender everything says "permitted" but these two which say "not yet classified". How do I switch these to permitted? Thanks.

1. Open Windows Defender
2. Click Tools
3. Click Quarantined items
4. Look through the items listed and Permit the programs

There was nothing listed under quaratined items. Is there any other way to classify them? Thanks
