Hello, I was wondering about pros and cons of each one. Both IRC Klipper and Packetnews are IRCs, and don't force you to upload, torrent, forces you to upload. Is it safer to use the IRCs? Also, will turning on PeerGuardian ensure that you won't be exposed to Federal even if you use IRC? Thanks.
