Im not sure were to put this so i thought this would be the closest? Anyways I have a laptop the has a wireless connection by a router and I dont get connection very far (outside my house) I was woundering what chip or somthing I could get for my laptop that i could get connection like anywere because I am going away in a few weeks and looking to bring my laptop. No wifi doesnt have long ranges. You would need to either get a wireless card with service from a cellular network provider, or if you have a phone with a data plan you can tether it to your PC and use it like a modem.
