help me please my xbox frags and turn on and off 3x

    I recently flashed bios on my xbox and now it frags and turns on and off 3x. There is no video but there is sound and idk what to do. i dont know what version it is. If it does get fix it would go to the regular screen how would i get it back to the modded one?????? could anyone help thanks
