Hello, all. I've got a Panasonic LF-D311. I have no problem using DVD-RAM media, but any time I try to load a blank DVD-R into the drive, my computer recognizes it as music Cd. Could anyone possibly explain the problem? Thanks.
I have the same drive as you and I think you will find it is something to do with the way windows reconise the drive I read somewhere that it is part of an update but cant remember where . go to panasonic website and down load update and your user electronic user manual and i think it is there somewhere
