I hope somebody can help me.I have a TV tuner card in my Computer and I want to hook basic Cable up to my computer.I have a Scientific American Explorer 2200 and I want to split it out to my computer. I know my Cable company has a filter that prevents me from getting the lower channels.I'm already purchasing Digital and I own the Cable Box.I'm not asking to hack into the Box. And I'm not asking to do anything Illegal.At my last Apt I asked the cable man to remove the filter.Which he did as he was doing some other work. I don't want to pay another CALL OUT FEE is the reason I'm asking. Thanks in advance Sorry if this is the wrong forum
