Images that don't need keys?

Hey guys, I've managed to flash the commando 8 image onto my sagem dbox2. I'm only getting the FTA channels, and I've heard I need the keys for them. I have acquired these keys, but when I try to ftp them to the dbox i'm being told the username and password is wrong, has someone changed it from the standard Usename: root Password: dbox2 at some time in the past?

I've tried loads of different variations of the Username and Password but to no avail.

My question now is, would any of you fine chaps be able to PM with maybe a few links to 1x images for a sagem dbox in the UK, that doesn't need keys in order to view erm "Other channels"

User= root

Any 1x image that doesn't need keys to view PPV channels mate, It would be a great help. I'll try the username and pass thanks.

thanks dunc, used the username and pass for the commando image and transferred the keys over, working now. Your a legend

I tried transferring over the bouquet files and services thing for my area, but after that, I got a waiting for time error again, and had to re-flash the image and transfer the keys over, I've not dared to try it again any ideas?

Sorry about all the questions, I'm just getting to know a few things about these boxes

 

Push blue on remote
Set your location
Box will reboot and be ready to scan for your area
Just make sure both sym rates are the same .........Paul
