Warhammer 40k-dark crusade

i just installed this game but when i go to play it an error comes up that says, Spooge driver not found. verify that directx is properly installed. I have a nvidia 8600 gs with updated driver and directx 10 and still can't seem to get this error to go away. Any ideas?

 

Nice card, anyway, my guess is that because you have DirectX 10, you must have Vista, and my guess is you'll need to google compadability with Vista and Dark Crusade, possibly upgrade your game version etc.

 

yeah dark crusade wasn't compatible with my graphics card and vista. but if anyone else is having this problem there is an easy fix. Go to your dawn of war folder then go to the drivers file then click on spdx_config131... open the file and delete everything in it then copy the below text into it.
