I thought it would be cool to put some new pics and tones plus take off all the pics I have stored on my V551 motorola phone so I went to one of those islands in the mall where I was offered a usb cable for 10.00 to 15.00 dollars but he was selling them for 25.00 now and not moving on the price so I went online and looked on amazon and found them for 500 including shipping. when I finally got the cable through the mail it also came with the cd which had ring tones and pics on it. I was also hopin it would have the software for the phone on it. But it did not it only gave me a link to where I could get it. which was motorola's web page. In which their driver would cost 35.00 mobile phone tools. Please help I know theres freeware out there that can help me. I would not want to have to spend money if I don't have to. please give me some links to help me on my way thanks in advance -JP

Thanks for the help, but I need some direction I don't know which software I should use. I have been trying to pick though the software on the 2 pages but so far no luck. maybe it could be that I did not uninstall software I just left it on there while I was installing others. Please give me some names and again thanks in advance
Hey it's me again just an update I got a program synccell to work well kind of. I plugged my phone in and it showed up on there for a minute but then there were these other install pop-ups I just ignored them because my phone was already showing up. After I clicked out of them my phone did not show on synccell anymore. Man!, this is fustrating. If only I could know what it was asking me for. If anyone has run into this problem and has any solutions let me know. Also I keep on trying P2k commander v 4.9, etc.. and it does nothing what am I doing wrong. I also would like to know how to get the add new hardware pop-up for my cell phone back on because like a stupid idiot I hit the don't remind me again. How do I start it back up. I also would not mind new software to play around with. Can anyone help me with any of these questions.
