NEED HELP WITH MMDS STARVIEV 2 THE BOX IN LUSK CO.DUBLIN

HI ALL NEW TO THIS BUT NEED HELP BOUGHT A STAR VIEW 2 THE BOX AND I HAVE N*L MMDS WILL IT WORK AND DO I NEED ANYTHING SPECIAL TO GET IT TO WORK PLZ HELP.....

 

As far as I know they wont work with Chor*s MMDS you need cable

 

Try doing a manual scan on the following frequencies with symbol rate of 6887 and Network Scan set to Enable. 258000, 274000, 290000, 306000, 322000, 338000, 354000, 370000 & 386000MHz. Let us know how you get on.

 

ok i will as soon as n*l put back my mmds they put it in yesterday and then took it back out because of a wrong house number on the docket i have to get it re fitted so i will try all i can thank you all any other tips that can help my be great thank you again.

But a starview works with NTL mmds.

 

thats what i haven*l mmds have been told i can get 90 channels

 

You need to load version 4.50 firmware on "The Box" for it to work. As it will only come loaded with FTA firmware.
