Trouble backing up The Lookout

Anyone having trouble with this movie? I am using anydvd (lastest version)with Roxio 7 or 8. I have tried 2 diferent discs and neither has completed. I have gotten either a hardware error or and illegal procedure with tis track error. This has happened on 2 different computers and 3 different DVD drives.
