msi 975x platinum usb problems

ok, ive never gotten the other 4 usb ports to work the only ones that work on windows r the 4 at the back of the pc the other 4 (2 which r connected to front of pc case CORRECTLY)

the prob is if i attach anything on the front panel under windows it wont recognize it but if i put my external hd or flash drive on the front usb when i turn on my pc the bios recognizes it but then windows doesn't i have tried different versions of windows still nuthg (no theres no question marks at device manager)+ i have updated intels usb drivers and still nuthg
