CCE: Basic has worked in the past; now today, I'm presented with this error message.




Any diagnosis of this problem?

UPDATE: I've tried every DVD-RB/encoder combination under the sun and they all seem to have the same error- "missing .m2v".

Has anyone else ran into this problem? Any suggestions?

Just a guess but it appears that a Windows application is open and holding onto your file for use which is thwarting your encode. Check to see that all processes are closed before encoding.

Another possibility is that your ripped file has a flaw.

I tried everything I could to cease the problem, but I had no luck in doing so. I was finally frustrated to the point of taking out the DVD burner and installing it into my "internet/work-only" computer. (While I rebuild my games/burning PC. - Hey, it's a good excuse!)
