Creating an ISO of audio disc without DAE?

Is there any program that can create an image of an audio CD without extracting the audio tracks to wav first? I noticed Nero extracts the audio tracks as wavs in a temp folder and then uses those lossy wavs to create the image file.
Anyone try the latest Pinnacle software? I read somewhere that it's supposed to make perfect copies of audio.

Quote:PCM .wav files aren't lossy unless sampling rate/bit depth is changed.
... those lossy wavs ...
To get perfect copies of audio use Exact Audio Copy in secure mode. Guide: http://www.cd-rw.org/articles/archive/mydeneaclame.cfm
For copying without lossless compression use "Copy image and create Cue Sheet" (uncompressed) and load the cue sheet to the burning program you want to use.
