error 16 after softmod

i tried softmodding my xbox using ude exploit got error 16 so this is wat ive tried to fix (like a fool didnt back up eeprom)
1st using xboxhdm with latest dash an rebuilding new drive still got error 16
2nd retried soft mod error 16
3rd id successfully s/modded me dads so used his c an e drive to try to rebuild drive still error 16
4th used xplorer 360 and mhackxbox emptied partions 3 and 4 and replaced files from mhackxbox an still get error 16
so if anyone has any ideas would be greatly appreciated as its giving me a headache lol an been reading all i possibly can over past month trying to fix thanx in advance

5 today tried Shademand's Ready Made Xbox SoftMod using xplorer360 emptied partition 3 replaced with c an same with 4 an replaced with e wat was in Shademand's Ready Made Xbox SoftMod still get error 16???

 

If you are getting an Error 16 constantly after a softmod attempt you will undoubtedly have a v1.6b Xbox! These machines are a pain in the ass!

I've the same probme i can't even load a game. I also tried a lot of thing but the problem is still there I thinking about buying a aladin chip to repair my xbox

 

Try the XboxHDM Hotswap in my tutorials first before a modchip

 

Ty, but I've fixed my xbox already by hotswapping with the ndure cd. On the cd there was a other menu where I choose the option "rebuild C:" and when I did it the xbox was made with the ndure filles and I'v now installed xbmc
