i am in the north east (newcastle) i had all the channels but they went down within a week , i was told it needs updated to version 4, and was give a web site called nokias, but i still cannot update,please help.

No problem. What provider are you using? Could you please edit your other replies to Abs as we cannot have those words on the forum. Lets just forget about things and get your help back on track
Doc you need to edit your two previous posts. To do this go to each of your posts that need to be edited and press the notepad to the top right of each post. After that can you tell me what provider you are on and I will try solve your problem.
