Messed up keyboard!

    My keyboard's leters are messed up!
    right now i'm using the on-screen keyboard,so its kinda hard to type!
    i was drinking pop when i was playing my ps2,when i accedentaly spillt it on the keyboard,(yea i'm kinda stupid lol)i paniked and fliped the keyboard over,(its a labtop)i was still panicking thinking it was gointo break and that my dad as goin to kill me.i ran and got towel and whiped of the top of he keyboard.then,i started to type stuff,and it was working perfctly.then about 5 miutes later the computer startd acting up.i turnd it of and started wiping out the pop from under the keys.then i tune the computer back on and it started acting up again.like it would make a beeping sound when i turn it on.then when it finnished rebooting i whent to the nternet and start typing.thats when i noticed methng was wrong.
    this is what happens when i pres these keys:

    Caps lock = the glowing light under the F10 key
    Left shift key = nothing
    t = uit
    u = uit
    i = uit
    g = j,g
    h = lh
    j = j,g
    l = lh
    : = ; (space)
    " = '
    c = Adress scroll bar pops up.
    v = 4v
    b = pops up on second paragraghs
    m = nothing
    , = nothing
    7 = 785
    3 = 3e
    4 = nothing
    5 = 785
    6 = nothing
    8 = 785
    arrow key = nothing
    spacebar = nothing

    so,anybody got any ideas?

    You shouldn't have used it after you spilled coke on it. With regular keyboard's you unplug them and wash them out with water and then rubbing alcohol and let it dry for a couple of days. It doesn;t always work but it's better than nothing. Since it's a laptop you would probbaly require a repair by your manufacturer.

    oh man! my dad already found out! i'm so dead.and knowing him,he wont get it fixed.(sigh)i'm so dead.T_T i'll try to find a way......hopfully......

    Good luck man. I don't know if pouring water and alcohol on a laptop is safe though...
