I have already read the forums here and no one can get Singstar PAL to convert to NTSC without having the out of sink problem. Is there any way possible to fix this issue? It is a problem with the refresh rate after conversion. The frame rate gets all out of sink and there is no way to play the game. I own Singstar Pop NTSC and Singstar 90's PAL. Any help would be appreciated.

I used NTSCONV-FrontEnd.zip which made the screen perfectly centered but still had the out of sink problem. I also used the Y fix and it made the screen off center and still had the out of sink problem.

Is there any other program or anything I could buy to fix the issue besides buying another version of 90's thats an NTSC version???

You are the only thread that I have read that is having the same problems I am having. I know nothing about any of this and would like to know what you have done to fix your problems so far. I read one thread about the tv not being PAL compatible and that I would need a converter. Has anyone told you this before? And do you know if this would actually work? I bought Singstar 80's and 90's and they are both PAL formatted. The screen is cut off and the lyrics and music does not match. I bought the swap magic 3.8 with the flip top disc. I just don't know what else I can do to correct the problem. I would hate to think that I have spent all this time and money and am unable to play the games. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been trying to find a fix for a while now. I have a tool to extract the sound, but nothing for the movies. The NTSC movies are running at about 30 frames per second while PAL runs at about 24 frames per second, hence the lag in the audio. So the only way to fix this is get a TV that supports PAL or find a way to extract the movies and re-encode to NTSC standards... I wish someone would make a nice little tool to do this. If anyone has a solution I'm all ears.

If you can play the Singstar series in black and white keep reading,
this is my solution playing PAL versions of Singstar in a NTSC ps2 and NTSC TV, DON'T convert them to NTSC just load the Swap Magic disc in PS2, when it loads change the menu settings from NORMAL to PAL and the game will load with no prob perfectly in sync lyrics and game lines and video only thing is everything will be in black and white. (the game itself has a setting where you can center the screen in options).

Just got a game with only a bin and cue file
if im correct the bin file is the image file but Imgburn doesnt support this.
Do i have to convert it to ISO and if so how am i doing this?
Do I burn the cue file also to my DVD disc ?
To remind you, this is for a NTSC ps2

The bin file is for CD Burning. You have to burn it too CD with Imgburn, not too a DVD.
If you want to convert this to DVD then follow this tutorial.

Same problem with Singstar Bollywood. Audio and Lyrics are out of sync. I didn't notice anything about the video though.

its 5.86 gb so need dual layer dvd or is it possible to shrink
my ps2 dont support the dual layer dvd so im in a sticky situation and i waited days for this to download

released in uk and india. uk is pal so yep

its an iso if you can download it and figure something out then you are awsome
