Samsung Sync

    Why is it when I plug my phone in with the usb cable, and open the files with a folder, it doesn't let me access any of my pictures. Help, please?

    Did you try a diffrent usb port?
    Try that first.

    what type of samsung do you have

    do you use latest versions of PC-Studio
    are you starting your phone in PC-Studio mode or Mass Storage Device Mode?
