connecting dbox

Hello

having trouble connecting my d-box up to my cable as it wont fit in the back of the antenna socket..any ideas on what i need to solve this problem?

they should have given u a connector in box as some cables have a nut to tighten on co ax cable, the connector screws into this making it a push in.

 

You can put a TV co-ax plug on after cutting the f-connector off if you wish. Or buy a suitable adapter.

Its called an F type connector

Why would he want an F-connector? he needs the adapter.

This is wot he needs by the sounds of it
He is tryin to insert the cable feed straight into the d box this wont work
