different version of gamecube

how can you tell what version of gamecube you have? since there is version "a", "b", or "c". and what is the different from each one of those version of gamecube?

 

Version A & B will have a Digital AV Out port on the back Where C is missing that, Version A will also be DOL-001 Model - so If it has a Digital AV out and states DOL-001 its an "A" If it has a Digital AV Out but states anything Different Its "B" otherwise without the Digital AV Out its a "C"
