I just bought a new video capture device/software. It installed good but when I tried to capture I get the message saying "USB controller bandwidth exceeded" forum.

The USB Composite Device requires 20% of the bus bandwidth, but the only bandwidth being consumed is 1%.

I have wo USB ports on my compute (one at the front, the other at the back) - Ive tried both and I still get the same problem.

How I can I fixed this?
