connecting laptop to television

    i have video but the sound is still on my computer , is there a cable or something i should do, thanks for any help!

    No there is not. Hte best thing to do is get a big set of speakers and run the audio through that, or possibly by a audio converter from radioshack or something.

    yes there is a cable!

    you need a 3.5mm to phono cable. plug the 3.5mm end into your audio out port of your computer and the phono red/white end plugs into your tv, some tv's don't have the phono ports so you will need a scart converter which you may already have.

    (if your TV does not have composite audio input (phono) then you can usually plug them into a Composite - Scart adapter.
