yes, the ZV60 can be unlocked remotely, however you need an special data-cable for this since it's not possible to do it with your normal cable the cable you need have an USB and an Serial connector on it, via the Samsung Server 3G client you can unlock this phone some link where you can see the data-cable http://handy-style.de/index/cat194/2632 the samsung server you can find on http://www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl/eng

trust me, it's working we didn't place the model on the website since you need an special data-cable for unlocking this phone, all the models witch are now placed on the website use the default samsung cable. we tested this software on each phone before we release the solution in a update.
