is there any fix for bioshock pc all is on high but i got green stuff on right side of screen

anyone got similar problem with bioshock i downloaded 2 games already from net and still the same thing green and sometimes red stuff on right side of the screen when in game i read something that bioshock got some screen problems on wide screens anyone know something obout it pls help thx in advance
