there is no code for C417, you need to get an serial or FTDI data-cable (not the standard usb one) then you can unlock it in a few seconds via www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl

Thanks keeespaul, it seems to have worked. Just one question, the phone does not show 'inactive' but rather 'deactivate', I assume that they mean the same?
