Help cant play movies form mem stick on psp 3.52 frimware with Xilisoft psp converted movies.

i'm running 3.52 m33 v3 with a umd game in the psp , all games are working correctly and load perfectly.

But when i copy my movies across to the memory card :-

MP_ROOT/100MNV01

i then goto video / memory stick on the psp , but it always says theres no movies there?

all directorys are named correctly , all moveis have been converted correctly to MP4..

i dont have any other types of custom operating system on the psp , the dash is just plain like original 1.5 version to look at, so one thing i'm not sure if i need on there is some kind of custom movie loader for mp4 films any help would be much appericated.

Try putting the file in the video file.

All that stuff, I'm not sure if it will work but it's worth it.

I had this problem:
Try put your movies in the X:\MP_ROOT\101ANV01 folder

ya i have the exact same problem with my psp.

Hey i got it working 100% ,I had to make a directory on my main root on the psp memory card called

VIDEO

then copy the MP4 files across and then i renamed the file to :-

M4V*****.MP4 [where * is any number]so e.g M4V12345.MP4

and it worked first time it was sending me crazy, i now have many video files working on my psp , its great :) the helpful info did come from another forum.

you'll find that you can name your video whatever you want on 3.52m33
