I'd like to upgrade my network so I'll need to get a card for my laptop. The problem is, I don't know if I can use this card

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5112WLMi. It say's I need a Cardbus Slot, I don't know if I have that, I just know I have a PC Card Type II and Express Card slot.

Thanks for the help, I'm a newbie in terms of networking.

It will work if you have a PCMCIA, which you stated that you did. Also, wireless N cards are only good for video streaming and if you have a Wireless N router. I feel wireless G with speedbooster is a good bargain.

The current popularity of Wireless N suggests he'll do better with G and speedbooster I think.
