Yo, I have a D-Link Wireless Gaming Adapter (DWL-G820) that I hook up to my computer to access the internet from my router... I use Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC and it my gaming adapter usually picks up signals when the computer is off it blinks green for WLAN but when it boots up it stops blinking and I usually get no connection... Sometimes though it just goes incredibly fast, my router isn't far away either... any help would be great.

Hi, are you sure you configured the adapter properly. What configuration is on the router and the gaming adapter? Try an ethernet cable from the router to pc to make sure the realtec adapter works all the time first.
